Who is Montgomery Group?
A shared history in architecture
Montgomery Group's connection to the built environment dates back to its very first exhibition in 1895, the Building Trades Exhibition at the Royal Agricultural Hall in London.
The exhibition was originally created to support struggling clay traders from the West Country during a period of economic hardship, providing a platform to showcase their products and connect with new opportunities.
The exhibition later moved to Olympia London, and Montgomery Group went on to establish a partnership with RIBA, strengthening its ties to the architecture and construction industries.
More than a century later, this shared history comes full circle as Montgomery Group and RIBA reunite at Olympia to establish RIBA27, a new annual meeting place for the architecture profession.
Bringing RIBA27 to life
RIBA brings its professional reach, industry relationships and content expertise, while Montgomery Group leads the organisation and commercial development of the event. Together, they aim to create a platform that brings the architecture community together to exchange ideas, explore innovation and build meaningful connections.
